Book a discovery call

Thirty minutes.
One question.
No pitch.

Tell us the most annoying part of running your business. That's where we start. By the end of the call, you'll know exactly what we'd build and what it costs — whether you're ready to move forward or not.

What to expect
01

We ask one question

What's the most annoying part of your day? Your answer tells us more about your business than any intake form.

02

We map your operation

How leads come in, how jobs get scheduled, where the cracks are. We build a picture of the whole system in real time.

03

We tell you exactly what we'd build

Tier, scope, setup cost, monthly retainer, and realistic timeline. Clear numbers. No follow-up proposal required.

04

You decide — zero pressure

If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that. We'd rather be honest now than disappointing later.

"What's the most annoying part of running your business day to day?"

This is the question we start every discovery call with. Your answer here helps us prepare — and makes the 30 minutes count.

What if that was fixed by Monday?

No spam. No sales sequences. Just a calendar link and a conversation.

We got it. Talk soon.

Check your inbox — we're sending you a calendar link to pick a time. Most requests get a response within one business day.

No commitment required

The discovery call is free. There's no proposal coming, no follow-up sales sequence, and no pressure to decide on the call. If we're a fit, you'll know. If we're not, we'll tell you.

Thirty minutes. That's it.

We respect your time. The call is 30 minutes. You'll have a clear picture of your framework — tier, scope, cost, and timeline — before we hang up. Most people say it's the most useful 30 minutes they've spent on their business in months.

Built on honesty

Our faith shapes how we work. If the Blueprint tier is right for where you are, that's what we'll recommend — even if the Build tier is more revenue for us. We don't upsell. We don't overpromise. We build what you need.

200%+ Revenue growth at our own service company using this exact framework
2→5 Markets expanded in under 12 months after systems launch

"I literally came home that day with a severance package and time on my hands. And he had been telling me about this idea. So I said — I guess I'm yours full-time now."

Before you reach out

Questions we hear most often.

Do I need to know anything about automation or CRMs before the call?

Not at all. Most of our clients have never heard of Framework CRM or Framework Engine before we met. The call is designed for operators, not technologists. You just describe how your business runs — we handle the rest.

How quickly can you actually get things running?

Most Blueprint tier clients are fully live within two weeks of the discovery call. Build and Architect typically run two to three weeks depending on integration complexity. We don't hand it off until it works.

What if I'm not sure which tier is right for me?

That's exactly what the discovery call figures out. We'll map your operation, identify the highest-leverage gaps, and tell you which tier addresses them directly — and which one doesn't. You won't leave the call guessing.

Do you work with businesses outside the Southeast?

We're based in Tuscumbia, Alabama and our roots are in the Southeast — but the Framework OS runs remotely. If you're a service business owner who found us and the work sounds right, reach out. We'll have an honest conversation about fit.

What happens after the system is built?

Your monthly retainer covers ongoing monitoring, updates when your business changes, priority support, and a quarterly strategy review. We stay in the system with you — we're not building and walking away.

Are there long-term contracts?

We work month-to-month after the setup is complete. We'd rather earn your continued business by delivering results than lock you in with a contract. That said, the systems we build are designed to become a permanent part of how your business runs.
